Purple Medallion Card
For this card you will need:
A4 beige card
McGill Heirloom Heart Punch
3" medallion stamp (I used Anna Griffin)
Lavender Ink
Light Purple Ribbon
4 Small Adhesive Jewels
Purple Patterned Paper & a small piece of Beige Cardstock
Craft Knife
Glue
Instructions:
Stamp a medallion in the middle of the beige A4 card using the lavender ink. (The fold of the card should be to your left.
Open the card up and using your craft knife, cut around the medallion, but make sure you leave an edge on the left side to serve as a hinge.
On the inside of the card, cut a piece of patterned purple paper to fit (approximately 4 1/4" x 5 1/2") and glue to the inside left of the card. Make sure you have the pattern facing towards the medallion! This is so that when the medallion is opened, you will see the pattern on the paper.
Using your McGill Heirloom Hearts Punch, punch out four corners and hearts from the purple patterned paper (you will also need four more small heart made out of beige cardstock). Place the four corner hearts on the front of your card as shown in the picture.
For a little extra bling, you can add two little jewels or rhinestones to each corner heart.
Using the small beige hearts, open up the medallion and glue them in a circular pattern. Add a rhinestone in the middle to make it look like a flower.
Tie a small bow with the purple ribbon and glue it to the right side of the medallion to act as a little "doorknob" to open up the medallion.
To finish the inside of the card, you can use four purple hearts to make another flower to compliment the one inside the medallion.
